Pic of the day – Making Blueberry Syrup

4C blueberries (FRESH)
2C water
2C sugar
1 whole lemon, sliced thin

Bring to a boil. Cool, blend, return to pan, boil again. Reduce heat, simmer for ten minutes. Strain. Bring to a boil, can.
