Pic of the day – Lemon Salmon in Dill Cream Sauce

Made this up tonight. It was too delicious. Poured buddha’s hand (lemon/citrus) syrup over the salmon, then crusted it with sea salt and dill. Baked, sliced, each portion laid on a bed of spaghetti smothered in a sour cream sauce with dill, oregano, salt, pepper, onions. Mmmmmmm.
